  The World Civil Aviation Report (WCAR) is the ICAO ’s first commercial publication, which was conceived to become the Organization’s flagship product. It is aimed at bringing to States, international organizations and the entire aviation industry an overview of key developments in aviation over the past year as well as future trends and associated initiatives undertaken by ICAO, presented in a succinct and easily accessible manner, including a value-added online and exclusive “Reference Center”.
